Could someone tell me what skills halflings and pixies start out with?

Could anyone try to remember the halfling skills relating to magic?

(I want to compare humans vs. halflings vs. pixies for a mage)

I get -30% SP for +33% skill points -2 skill points if I chose a halfling over a pixie. Is that right?

Does anyone know the list of begining skills for halflings?
