24 incantation is a waste. 7 points cuts the mana cost to 30%, 14 points cuts it to 10%.

It would be better to eliminate the life, buy a few rods of heal, cut incantation to 14, and boost strength and merchant higher. That lets you develop and carry a bag full of resistance scrolls. After you have a good stock...personally that means a bag of great holding for each type to me (if I recall correctly that is 400 to fill the bag), then you could lower merchant some. I would personally keep meditation at 15 once it is there though.
