I am going to get a Wii, because Call of Duty 3, SSBB, and the new Zelda game are coming out for it.

I have a few other games I will get, but those are the ones I most want.

I really would have been first in line, but I'm taking a semester abroad in Germany, so I'm just going to wait for a price drop. I think the Walmart here in Missoula has a few left over.

I actually waited in line outside of Target for 10 hours to get mine (12th in line). I only bought Zelda and it came with the Wii sports game.

The gameplay isn't too different actually. You pick up the movement pretty quick. One thing is that you'll definately build up some arm muscle if you play a lot.

Today, the night of November 21st (methinks..Adam <last name withheld>, played Wii sports, created his own Mii, and played LOZ: Twilight princess, at the home of Austin Douglas Wilson, at approximately 5:57 PM eastern standard time.

It was a very, very sweet 2 hours.

This guy I know waited 6 hours in line for a Wii, and then some guy accused him of cutting and he got kicked out, even though he didn't cut. So he drove to a town like an hour away and bought one without waiting at all, then drove home and took a picture with his Wii and him flipping the camera off and gave it to the people at Wal-Mart <.>

They guys in my line were cool so we didn't have any problems like that. Plus we had a list going so it was very organized.

What an ironic story Tanm. Because I went to random lines for the Wii and accused people of cutting so that they would get kicked out. Wonder if I accused your friend...

LOL

Funny story..funny.

Anyways. My friend waited about 8 hours in line with his mum and dad..the people next to him were nice too. They had to leave to get something once, so he held their spot..then they came back with their stuff, some pizza, and DSs and stuff..he got to eat pizza waiting for a Wii lol

I think the sports games on the wii will be a rip off. Why sit in your living room(or whereever) swinging your arms at a tv screen when you can just go to a court and play. Chances are if your playing games such as tennis, baseball, golf etc. on a console you could use the exercise. Besides if its not winter and cold the sunshine could do you some good.

Nah..I played Wii sports. Beating the living poop out of a computer figure to the extent where he seems dead, is pretty dang fun.

Pffft, I'm gonna go pick up a used game cube for like 30 bucks and then get the Zelda game for Gamecube instead. Waste of money to buy the Wii if I'd rather play the game sitting down anyhow.

Tanm you obviously only played the Wii in your local Wal-Mart then.
I never stood up for Zelda, actually you don't have to stand up for any Wii game at all. Of course, it is a lot more fun to stand up and play tennis with your pals.
