Hof pic activation from players.

When you send an HoF pic to a wizard for it to get setup it usually takes a few days. i think it would be much easier for it to be done by players. the ability could be activated when you hit lvl 25 and from there you could change it at will. this will also lower the amount of time wizards spend putting hof pics in. <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="Very Happy" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s -->
