Default Training Spots?

I am a lvl 13 dwarf with:

Axes: 12 (8 from training, 4 from natural ability)
Blacksmith: 4 (all from natural ability)
Dodging: 4 (all from magical effects)
Find-weakness: 7 (all from training)
Healing: 6 (all from training)
Jeweler: 1 (all from natural ability)
Meditation: -5 (all from magical effects)
Sneaking: 3 (all from magical effects)
Strength: 6 (all from training)
You have 12 skill points available to spend.

and:

Ring of the Warrior (kept) (worn) (0.03 lb)
mithril axe (kept) (wielded) (9.0 lb)
elven boots of armor +9 (kept) (worn) (0.37 lb)
elven cloak of armor +6 durability +4 (kept) (worn) (3.0 lb)
chainmail of armor +5 agility +4 (kept) (worn) (40.0 lb)
Amulet of Water Breathing (kept) (worn) (0.12 lb)

Which I think is well-equipped for my level. Where should I train for xp, and where for money? I dont remember where I got my items from (haven't played in AGES) and I am poor so money is important, but if there are any spots that are great for xp, please tell me too. Thanks, Huggz.

I'm going to give you my secret to wealth and experience. It's called exploring. If you haven't played in ages, then much has changed. You should break out of a routine of 'spots' and find out what the wyvern world still has to offer. Also if money is very important, at your level it doesnt hurt so bad to die, go places with a slightly higher chance of death and see if you find something worthwhile.

Also even though you're still quite low, you may want to consider trying RD's. You may not be able to get too far down, but if you fully clear each floor you should be able to get a decent amount of loot and XP before you decide to give up, or die.

Now I'm not going to tell you to go here and there for XP and loot, but I'll list a few spots that are enjoyable for a lot of people to explore.

Ziggurat, Beehives, Ant hills, Varak(explore), Beitdag, Glacier Point, The well of time(its good for some chuckles and deaths).

There's plenty more enjoyable spots, just explore and find out whats enjoyable for yourself.
