First of all, prices are negotiable. I'm a nice guy and it's a game (if it was real gold, MAX would be the min i would sell for ) so we can arrange a good price that suit both YOU and I.

Secondly, if you lack money at the moment, get this, i will provide you enough time to make money so you can buy at our negotiated price. However, 1 month would be pushing it... This means that if a person gave me a timely offer before a person who has the money right NOW, the offer still remains with the person who I negotiated my prices with, even if other person offers to pay more, even if it is by 100k+ more. I will never put someone's hard work go to waste =). I know it can get frustrating to make money so i will never play favourites.
