Package deliveries...

Is there any easy way of finding the npc for these things? I get tired of walking around the towns over and over.

It's considered a mini quest. Just try to remember where you found them.

Well i know where the towns are it's just finding the NPC, i mean if the town is huge it takes forever

Some quests kinda suck because they take so much time without any challenge... I suggest just picking a newer quest and trying it out.

Package delivery and Wyvern Post explorer are 2 different things. Post explorer is a regular quest, you get quest points for it, Package delivery is just to make money.

Seaching for the correct NPCs is just part of it, but sadly most NPCs don't move around a lot. So once you encounter one you should try to remember where you found him/her, so when you have to go there again, you'll find him/her quickly.
