Default Magic whip question

Magic whip requires a lot of death for it to be strong and some air to make it last longer. If someone had 25 Death and used magic whip what would the damage difference be compared to someone with 25 death with 25 whips and/or 25 strength? How does the whip and strength skill effect magic whip?

Also is there any fire level cap to flame blade?

Weapon skill always does more then strength, besides strength completely caps at 20. All I know about strength and magic whip, is if you train enough into strength you can kill will o wisps.

I have a char with 35 whips and 25 death I think and yes, damage is greatly affected by both - your whip skill and death skill. Strength will add extra smash damage to your attacks but I never really had the skillpoints to train much of it.

more strength would only effect it drastically on a charactor with a lot of carrying strength (as I said in my topic in misc). because strength adds smash damage to "unarmed attacks" which pretty much means you retain the attack speed of your weapon but do semi unarmed attacks because of the strength trained.

Even on a halfling having max strength adds significant damage. Its also good to have strength if you switch to a platinum whip for riagors and what not.
