Lalavava's New Race Idea

Here's a new race idea lalavava posted on the other forums this morning. Don't know why not here though? Anywho it sounded decent to me even though unfinished, maybe it can be expanded on if brounght here:

If he wanted it here, he should've posted it here first. We don't need to deal with duplicate threads on both forums - In general, pick one to make your post in and be happy with that decision.

Oh and fyi, this particular idea has been suggested to death.
