While I am all for making cops, people who can mute or move people off of fountains (and having the reason for doing so logged), it doesn't seem very popular, yet.
Wyvern is fairly small yet, and a wizard is generally present, so such a thing wouldn't really be needed or useful until we have at least a couple hundred players on.
Generally, the only reason we would need a cop to actually mute a player is if they are being quite abusive on purpose when a wizard isn't around. As the population grows, so will this problem, but all in all wyvern is quite tame.
And then there are warning points. Though I never bother to use them, as the only time I would consider using them is when the player is doing something that would get them banned anyway.
And then there is the whole internet cultural approach to things. I am from an open source kind of culture, which assumes most people are good and there are a few who try and make trouble, and tends to be very loose. Wyvern approaches things as everyone is bad (everyone will be abusing everything if they can) with a few that are trustworthy, and tends to be very restrictive. Each way has it's strengths and weaknesses, you just need to remember how Rhialto is approaching things when considering ideas.
