question about platinum

Hey guys! sorry I am not well informed at all about the platinum items... I saw a plantinum sword today, are they really indestructable? And r they better than electrinum swords? Please post any info you guys know. Thanks!

plat weapons are NOT indestructable. it's gem weapons that are.

A platinum sword is basically a stronger version of a balanced diamond sword, its incredibly durable (just like a balanced diamond sword) and it does more damage than a diamond sword.

But a word of warning for buying from someone; avoid buying them from people you don't know, chances are the sword is used and fragile.Either find one yourself or buy one from someone who you trust enough to know they aren't selling you an expensive piece of garbage.

and so the platinum armor gives bonuses like resist confusion and petri?

Plat armor gives +10 dodge +10% dpro +25% confusion resists and give off a as much light as a candelabra. No petrification resists.

The prices are constantly changing. Thats how it is until tesh decides on a final price for all items

edit: I don't know the current prices of each items, but I can tell you that they will more than likely only keep rising. Right now they are very very expensive.
