[Dexterity]

When i see builds some people just write 'spirit'. Do they mean spirit travelling or the mage element spirit?

Example:

25 Ranged
20 Find Weakness
10 Swords
8 Strength
7 Spirit <-- Spirit travelling or mage element?

I think that'd be the element spirit, to be used for mana shield.

You'll also need some mind or you won't have that mana shield up at all. You need 1 mind trained for each minute you want it up.
