FAST Naga Hydra?!?!!!

First thoughts are can't be done, I need to know what I could do to make it at least as fast as a human or so it will move at the speed before the nerf

I have heard that the Anti-lag amulet helps improve speed, and Speed spell helps.

So far all I have is the speed spell, which helps somewhat but seems still considerably slow, maybe it's just because i'm in the mindset of a hydra, but i still think it moves very slowly.

5 amulets
1 Girdle

The only solution i can think of is to get 4 anti lag amulets, however thats never going to happen, is there any alternative besides switching forms?
