Monsters of Wyvern

So I'm attempting to compile as comprehensive a list of the creatures/monsters in Wyvern, with the hope of eventually creating a complete zoological reference. And on that note I'd like to extend this question to other players. Information from HoFs and higher levels would be especially appreciated, but anyone is welcome to contribute.

What are some of the monsters you've encountered exploring?
