Not that bad, but you don't need that much meditation.
You don't need 1 healing either.
Carry mana pots, they don't cost all that much. about 12500 for 50. they'll last a while, and being a fat hydra you can afford to carry them. Of course you can keep them in a bag of greater holding (pssttt...they take off more weight than elixir pouches!!!)

Not very practical to be a healing caveman naga. you're better off pot healing. If you're gonna go caveman, you might as well go full on TANK and get more melee skills. Since you won't be healing, train just enough meditation, you can probably afford to train less than equilibrium actually. More merchant would def help, with those spare SPs.

Heh, I do not know who you are nor who your character is. Therefore I am assuming you will make the hydra from scratch (correct me if I am wrong). Getting 5 imp crowns will be very difficult to be honest.
I have a lvl 20 hydra monk now and wish I stayed unguilded. Mainly because I am a lazy person to shop around for scrolls and secondly you need a lot of them. At the moment I am leaving my naga as it is and will only play it activelly once imp crowns can be obtained again and unguild after. The unarmed bonus from the guild is nice, so is the dodge. But dodge is not really needed for RDing. Resists matter more. Being able to cast your own resists (5 imp crowns and 5 amulets) is the boost you need to be able to lvl up faster.
I say stick to the heal spell but there is no real need for 14/15 inca. You might find 7 being enough... What you want is high meditation. If you go unguilded and have the crowns, I would do something like this:

25 unarmed <-- must have
13 strength <-- cast strength with 5 ammys and a girdle
10 lore <-- self explanatory
2 inca <-- should do the trick (+5 from crowns)
25 medi <-- you need high medi

obviously this won't be your killer PK build and will die to just about anything in pk, although might survive mages if played smart. But for lvling, this is about as fast as you can get if you want to solo. Groups is another story but the xp is way less grouped.
As for the equipment... 5 imp crowns all the time, dp ammy, str girdle, eagle ammy, 3x great vita ammy or gprot ammy (I'd go for great vita).
basically the 5 imp crowns will give you 100 extra mana so low inca is fine as long as medi can keep up. Great vita should give you the boost to live recoil so you should be fine.
If you don't have 5 imp crowns, don't bother with a build like this at all.

I am Illuvitar...got the 5 imp crowns... but have 9.2 mil xp tnl... i figured i did something wrong...as you said, I also am the lazy type, the only thing i'd be willing to constantly get is the clovers, and i had the 14 incantation left over from when i tried a spam healing hydra build...
