Anybody else here a meditator?

I just started last night. It's freaky cool O_O.

When I entered the meditation state I thought I passed out, but I was still awake.

Yeah I use it for sport purposes. Its pretty much amazing.

Does going blank and entering your own little "world" count as meditation. I was always told it was not paying attention.

I guess that depends, do you feel really good when you snap back to reality? Hahahaha

lol well salky if you feel all light headed and floaty when you snap back then i guess you could say that =P

If you ever "snap back" from meditation you aren't doing it properly.
