Life and Times of the Human Axe Master

So I decided a while back that I wanted to give Axemen a shot. I decided that I would make the character as closely oriented to my percieved direction of wyvern development. I also did not want to use spells to heal and clovers being dificult to find and all. I ended up with this.

Basik: currently 22

Axes = 20
Healing = 12
Meditation = 15
Strength = 15
Find Weakness = 10
Smithing = 8

Admitadly I wanted a more Ideal set with

Axes = 22
Healing = 20
Meditation = 20
Strength = 15
Find Weakness = 11

But I decided to be able to smith axes for low levels since there are NO axe smithers on when I am.

My over all observations with my build.

I use mana shield potions to give myself more hp and faster regen rates. This is possiably overpowered/unbalanced, but until AC is fixed I feel it is the best option short of Full healing. And since I believe full healing is not and never should be for meleers...

I do RD with this build and am unstopable (well verry near so) with a resist mage casting resists on me. I use a lot of bungle armor since I don't cast any spells, and with only 30 agility I can kill monos.


This is nothing more then proof that healing nerf hasn't adversly affected the game. A lot of players were just plain too lazy to convert to the new environment, which is a tragedy. I have talked to a lot of new players and they don't have trouble fighting once they get to level 5 and have trained. Which was almost the same back durring spam healing.
