Character/Race Speeds

I've been wondering how fast the races attack/movement is. Movement wise the pixie is the fastest and giant is the slowest, is the same true for attacks? I've also been wondering what is the order from fastest to slowest?

Pixie
Cobra
Elves
Halfling
Raks
Human
Dwarf
Giant
Hydra

I've heard many say elves attack faster then pixies and I've heard a lot of people say the opposite. The site says elves do, but I think the defference between them is so minute that it doesn't really matter, because as soon as you reach level 20 they both attack at the same speed, so their starting speed doesn't matter.

I believe dwarves attack faster then humans.
