5 Lore
8 meditation (more if you want to melee) 19 Air 6 Evocation 3 Spirit 6 Life 3 Merchant (Change to Unarmed or something) 14 Fire 9 Water 2 Enchant

If you wanted T-Storm you'd have to scrap that set and do something like this
13 Lore 6 Meditation 14 Air 13 Death 4 Life 3 spirit 2 Merchant 5 Evocation 2 healing (again Unarmed if you feel like it) 7 fire 6 water
