A massive dagger would a bit... Counterproductive.
Also, the Unicorn Horn has a special function - applying it will cure you of poison.
There are also a few Artifact blades. I know the Slicer is one, but I'm not sure about the others, since I haven't even touched an Artifact for two whole years (more than 3 years if you count the downtime). Also, the Vorpal Blade is
not a blade.
